New Highmark Stadium

Watch more than three years of construction come together in this EarthCam time-lapse of the Buffalo Bills’ new Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York.

Since June 2023, EarthCam cameras documented the monumental project by Turner Construction Company and Gilbane Building Company, capturing high-resolution images every five minutes through the stadium’s opening in September 2026. The visual record includes extraordinary 5,000-megapixel multi-layer panoramas that reveal the scale, detail and transformation of the site throughout construction.

Designed by global architecture and design firm Populous, the 60,108-seat Highmark Stadium was created as a football-first venue specifically for Buffalo. The stadium features a stacked seating bowl that brings fans closer to the field and a 360-degree canopy covering 65% of seats while preserving the open-air experience that has long defined Bills football.

From the earliest stages of construction through the finishing touches, EarthCam’s cameras captured the evolution of one of Western New York’s most significant developments. This time-lapse brings more than three years of progress together in minutes, preserving a visual history of the project as Highmark Stadium begins its next chapter as the home of the Buffalo Bills.
