EarthCam uses three convenient payment methods. For credit transactions, customers can use their Discover Card, MasterCard, American Express or Visa cards for the purchase of any item(s). When submitting credit card information, please include the type of card, the card number, the expiration date and your full name as it appears on the card. Your debit transaction options include cards coordinated by either MasterCard or Visa. EarthCam will gladly ship worldwide. Bank wire is mandatory for payment. International orders may be subject to shipping delays and can incur customs, duties, taxes, tariffs and other applicable charges, all of which are the customers' responsibility.
EarthCam offers the latest technology to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of your financial information that we obtain and will not release it to any outside organization. To ensure that there is no unauthorized access of your purchasing information, EarthCam uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line in conjunction with the industry standards in Internet browsing: Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer. By encrypting all private information upon its submission to our site, all vital data collected therein is protected against unauthorized viewing and/or access.
EarthCam uses FedEx as its shipping provider, allowing customers within the continental U.S. to receive their packages in a timely manner. Your shipping cost will include automatic insurance for all your packages, as well as nationwide tracking of your order. The shipping charges are determined by the weight of the product along with the shipping service charge; whenever possible, multiple orders will be shipped together to reduce said charges. To determine the time it takes to ship your item, the availabilities of our products are listed on our site. EarthCam is continually searching to improve its shipping methods and protocols; should there be any changes, they will be posted on this page so that you will be made continually aware of our growth and improvement.
Should you wish to return an item, please contact an EarthCam representative to discuss the return. All returned items must include the RMA number issued by an EarthCam representative to be considered valid; no packages will be accepted without the RMA number and will be returned to the sender. All sales are final on custom orders. We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided that the return occurs within 30 days of the purchase date and is accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. All packages being returned must be returned to EarthCam unopened in their original packaging. All returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and all camera configuration fees are nonrefundable.
Once your order has been packaged and sent, EarthCam will send an email to your address with a FedEx tracking number and a link to the FedEx tracking site. In keeping with the EarthCam tradition of bringing satisfaction to our customers, a notice will be posted on this page should there be any changes made to these protocols. EarthCam is continually updating and modifying the EarthCam.net site and the tracking procedure. If at any time this procedure is changed or modified there will be a posted notice on this page so the customer is aware of these changes.
